Common questions

• I can't see Engage in Google Meet™. The add-on has to be available to your account. If it is not, ask the host for the join link and open it in a browser.
• Why does it ask for my name? The host sees who takes part, so please use your real name, as it appears in the meeting.
• Can the host see if I am listening? No. Engage only sees what you do inside Engage. See the privacy page.
• How do I delete my meeting? Hosts can delete a meeting from the host console. Ended meetings are removed automatically after 24 hours, or 30 days for hosts with an account.
